では通常戦闘曲『Black tar』の歌詞は何と言っているのか。
気になったので和訳してみました。
といっても英語力のない人間の意訳混じりなので
正確な訳は期待しないでください。
だいたいこんなこと言ってるんだろう程度です。
そんなだいたいを感じて頂けたら幸いです。

吹き出てくるそれを私達は処理できると思っていたけど、
It's the tar taking over
タールが引き継がれることが
that came unexpected Hard to accept
予想以上に受け入れ難いことだった。

それが死に直結してることだったから。

友が取りつかれて引き込まれた。

どこから来たのかを思い出せ――
Black tarとは何か、という疑問になりますが、
一部では戦争に関するスラングで『憎悪』と言われています。
歌詞を見るに、
仲間が敗北(死)した時に受け継がれるもので、
受け継ぐと獣(戦闘狂)のようになってしまうもの。
受け継がれてはいけないもの。
君(主人公)のものが受け継がれたら全て終わる。
と話しているので憎悪なのは確かでしょう。
個人的には麻薬の意味合いも、
『幻想』という意味も含んでいると思います。
通常戦闘曲とすると真相は
『呑まれてはいけない』でしょうかね。
